| MEDIA ARTS Grades: 10, 11, 12; 1 Term, Prerequisite: Intro to Art, Sound Effex or a member of band or choir for two years or two years of outside music lessons (instrumental, piano, voice) from a teacher A student who takes this course will be attending art and music the same term. You will receive one grade for these 2 credit classes. As a student of this class you will be creating videos and composing original music to accompany the films. The video portion of the class will include making abstract, documentary, persuasive and fictional videos. Video will be collected on cameras or created on the computer. The course is intended to introduce interested students to the possible career opportunities that exist in the area of media arts and animation. Media Arts will not be offered in the 2020-2021 school year. This course will be offered again 2021-2022.
