Lifetime Activity & Fitness

LIFETIME ACTIVITY & FITNESS Grade 9; 1 Semester, Required 

Students will participate in a variety of activities that promote lifelong fitness and general well-being. Activities include: tennis, softball, volleyball, lacrosse, badminton, cross country skiing, swimming, weight training, disc golf, ultimate frisbee, and many more. Students are required to wear clothing appropriate to the activity which they must provide. Since this is activity class participation is mandatory.
