Seniors: George W. Friedrich Scholarship - 2 - $500.00 scholarships to a Lion’s District 5M-8 high school senior. You must submit a ONE PAGE typed essay explaining “How you have and how you will continue to serve your community and the people within it.” You can pick up an application with the criteria for this scholarship in the guidance office.  All applications must be sent directly from Foley High School.  DEADLINE: March 1, 2018.

Attention all 9-12th graders: There will be a Mat Stat meeting held on Monday, November 13, at the elementary school- room #130(Ms. Emily Miller's room) at 3:20, for anyone interested in helping out with our wrestling program. Any questions, feel free to contact Kelly Gorecki at 968-8541.

Juniors: Junior Class shirts will remain on sale through conferences on Thursday evening in Ms. Keatings room. Cost of shirts is $10.00

9th-12th Graders: Just a reminder, check out a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the St. Cloud Hospital operating rooms. Explore surgical careers and learn about the latest surgery procedures and technology. The evening includes hands-on activities and refreshments. This Thursday night from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at St. Cloud Hospital. If you are thinking about a career in medical, this is a great opportunity to get exposed to the medical field. See Sabine if you need more information.

Juniors & Seniors: A representative from University of Minnesota - Crookston will be here Tuesday. If you are interested in meeting with this representative, please see Sabine in the Guidance Office for a pass.

Girls Basketball Players: A final preseason girls basketball  meeting will be held Wednesday morning at 7:30 in the Elementary Gym.  It is important that you attend!  First day of practice is Monday, November 13th at 3:10 sharp.

A representative from the Marines will be here Wednesday in the lunchroom. Please seek them out near the study hall desk.

7-12 grade wrestlers: Captain's practices will be held on November 7, 8, 13, 14, 16 from 3:00-4:30 in the FHS wrestling room. Order Forms for warm-ups are due November 15th.
