Attention Swimming Fans!  We will be offering swimming fan buses to U of M Aquatic Center to attend the State Swim Meet on Friday, November 17th.  The fee for the fan bus will be $5. Sign up sheets and permission slips may be picked up in the FIS or FHS office, Tickets will be available at the door for $8.  You will also need to check with your teachers for missed assignments.  The forms and money must be turned in to Sandy at the Activities Desk by Thursday, November 16 at noon.  We must have 40 people signed up for the buses to be able to go.


If you are involved in a Winter Activity, please remember to register online as soon as possible. Also, make sure you have a current physical on file.  Students without current physicals will not be allowed to participate.


NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY members - Sign up for the Vision and Hearing screening project outside room 326.  NOTE - the training for those conducting the hearing screenings will be held at 7:30 am. on THURSDAY morning this week rather than on Friday.  See Mrs. Koester if you need the training but can't make the meeting.


STUDENTS WHO WANT TO BE BIG BROTHERS AND BIG SISTERS - Please plan to attend the informational training session on Thursday, November 16th at 7:15 a.m. in the auditorium to learn about the program.  Applications to become a BIG are available from Mrs. Koester in room 326.


Reminder that the price of yearbooks increases $5 at the end of the day on Wednesday, November 15th. They will increase to $55 without name on cover and $60 with name on cover. See Ms. Winkelman in Computer Lab 301 if you have any questions.


Meet the Falcons Night will be November 20th at 5PM:  This event is for 9th – 12th grade Boys and Girls Basketball teams.  Parents are encouraged to attend. There will be scrimmages and drill to showcase the teams talents.  Afterwards there will be cookies and juice, and an opportunity to sign up for various activities.


Juniors & Seniors: If you are interested in taking the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test on Tuesday, November 21st, please return your permission form today, November 14th to Sabine in the Guidance Office.


Wrestlers: Just a reminder if you need a warm-up this year, order forms are due Wednesday, November 15th to Sabine in the Guidance Office or Jody Henry.


Juniors & Seniors: A representative from Winona State University will be here Today. Please see Sabine in the Guidance Office for a pass if you are interested in meeting with the representative.
