SENIORS ONLY:  A limited # of tickets are available to seniors for the football  game on Friday vs Cathedral.  Tickets are $4 each. Please stop in the office and see Sandy if you are interested.


Students interested in applying or attending University of Minnesota Duluth.  The Priority Deadline for admission and scholarship consideration remains  December 15th.  This year UMD is offering a first year $500 early applicant scholarship for high school students who apply by October 15h.  Go to for more information. 


Seniors:  October 1st is the start of College Knowledge Month.  A reminder to take advantage of the colleges that are not charging an application fee. A list of the colleges/universities and what dates you can apply can be found at ?Minnesota Goes to College - Free Application Opportunities?. ? ?Please let Sabine in the Guidance Office know if you need assistance in applying.  


SENIORS: Your Room Location for ACT Testing will be posted this morning outside the Guidance Office and near the Locker Bay.  Please make sure you are prepared to bring a photo id for ACT Testing on Tuesday October 6th as well as your own #2 lead pencil and ACT approved calculator.   Please be checking your email for a quick survey regarding your lunch choice for next Tuesday after you've taken the ACT.  


Seniors who are planning on taking the ACT Test on Tuesday October 6,  if you have not completed the non test portion, please see Sabine in the Guidance Office today.  If you are planning on opting out of taking the free ACT test,  please let Sabine know.  If you are a PSEO Student or Distant Learning Student, please contact Sabine at to set up a time.  Thank You. 


Starting Monday, October 5th we will not be doing a third line until further notice. We will have 2 options on the other lines as well as we will make up  a couple salads and sandwiches. Please ask for them if you would like those options. 


We will need to assist each other in working on our composting project.....Please Please put your items in the right garbage can when going up to empty your tray. Only food goes into the composting bin. Please empty your milk cartons and put them in the composting bin or plastic recycling bin. Hard plastic goes into the plastic bin and all other plastic bags, gloves, wrappers, ect. go into the TRASH......Let's keep our environment a great one!

Junior & Seniors: A representative from Bemidji State University would like to meet with you. If you are interested in this school, please see Sabine in the Guidance Office for an appointment. 


Juniors & Seniors: The Guidance Office has test prep materials for the ACT. If you didn’t get practice tests, stop in to pick up.
