School is here and so are Community Education classes! There are opportunities for each and every member of your family to get involved. Check out the school store to browse through these class offerings.
Foley Falcon Archery: *Take your student to the next level in Archery Competition! We will be competing against other schools in traveling leagues! Using GENESIS BOW EQUIPMENT ONLY, as to follow with NASP State rule guidelines. Mandatory 2 scores a week. Practice times are at least twice a week. Students may practice more than twice a week if so desired. Open to beginner or advanced students in grades K-12.
Fee: $95: This class fee is an as is package fee: the package
fee includes the cost of instructors, equipment, maintenance, and tournaments
Practice: Monday-Thursday 5-8 pm
November 17-March 5
*you can come at any time during the 5-8pm slot*
*you only need to score TWICE a week**
*Practices will be held in the intermediate cafeteria
Tournaments: (Whitcomb’s; Princeton, MN) *participates are responsible for their own transportation to all
tournaments (you are more than welcome to set up car-pooling with other participates)

Foley Dance Team: Are you looking for a fun and challenging sport? Then sign up for the Foley Community Ed Dance Team today! This program will teach girls moves and technique for high kick and jazz, as well as a routine that will be performed at several events! We look forward to having you on the team!
Dates: Tuesday and Thursday November 18th-Feburary 5th
Times: 3-5pm High School Cafeteria
Fee: $79 (call for free/reduced lunch fee)
One Act Play: Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse
"It's the end of the world and hordes of rampaging zombies are about to kill you. What do you do? Try your hand at kung fu against the undead? Attempt to reason with creatures that would rather eat brains than use them? Turn to this handy and hilarious guide to survive the apocalypse! (Hint: sacrifice the weak is step number one.)"
Where: Foley High School Auditorium
Practice: November 3-Dec 3 Monday-Friday (not meeting Nov. 7, 26, 27,and 29th)
Shows: Dec. 4: 3:00pm and Dec. 5: 7:00pm
Cost: $57 *Discount available for students receiving free or reduced lunch.
In addition to the Community Education programs, Foley Schools is blessed with the support of many Booster Organizations which support Foley Activities. Some of these, including JO Volleyball and Youth Wrestling, host their own websites. For additional information on any of these Booster Clubs, please click here!
The Community Education Office is currently located in Room 400 of the Intermediate School. To get to the office, park in the north parking lot or on the west side of the building if it is not a bus loading or unloading time. Enter the school through door #1 and stop by the main Intermediate Office for a visitor badge and directions to the Community Education Office. Office hours during the school year are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Summer hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Using our Facilities:
Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to use Foley Public School facilities for tournaments, conferences, business meetings and trainings, family reunions, class reunions, birthday and graduation parties and special events of all kinds. Foley Community Education can assist you with: scheduling dates, time and space of your event, organizing equipment needed, scheduling appropriate staff & providing catering services.
