Required Student Registration Forms
Parents: You may complete these forms online or you may request a paper copy of each of these forms from the district or building secretary. If you need assistance completing the forms, please contact the building secretary. Contact information for each building is listed below.
Step 1: Online Registration through Infinite Campus:
**You cannot register using a cell phone**
- For New Families: Please call your building office for code to activate your Parent Portal.
- For Returning Students: If your student is returning to our district after a period away, please call your student's building office to activate their Infinite Campus account.
- For Existing Families, use the Parent Portal to confirm and update registration data: Online Registration through the Parent Portal.
