Major/Minor Behaviors - FES Flowchart
PBIS is a proactive approach to student behaviors. No behavior is ever assumed and always first modeled through the core values of SOAR. There are times when students do not follow expectations and staff members need to respond. The core components of PBIS is having clear and consistent discipline policies in place to respond to Major and Minor behaviors. The FES Flowchart ensures our building has a unified behavior support system. Our flowchart helps staff respond to behaviors while providing strategies to support students. The flowchart also ensures accurate data is collected to further help all students meet the SOAR expectations through further interventions when needed.
