-It's Polar Plunge Season!  This year, our school will be hosting the "Cool School Mobile Plunge"!  The idea is simple: students and staff can register and fundraise money for Special Olympics Minnesota and our school to earn awesome incentives and get the chance to jump into freezing cold water (during school)! Who wouldn't want to jump into ice cold water to support inclusion in our school and community?  Stay tuned for more details in the next few months about how to get involved and plunge for inclusion on April 5th 2024.  To sign up and learn more, ask Ms.Piepgras or Mr.Crowell.

-It's that time of year!  It's time to Adopt a Senior Sweetheart! During Flex, swing by the lockerbay area near the guidance office to create a Valentine's Day card for a resident at the Garden's of Foley Nursing Home.  Feel free to bring a cash donation, which will go towards purchasing each resident a Valentine's day treat!  All cards and treats will be delivered to the residents the week of Valentine's Day!

-The Student Council is selling Candy-Grams the week of 2/5 Monday-Wednesday during lunch.  Purchase a Candy-Gram to be delivered on Valentine's Day for your: sweetheart, BFF, significant other, sibling, twin, crush or just someone you'd like to have a happy day!  $1 each or 3 for $2  Please keep your messages school appropriate.

When approaching a stopped bus with flashing lights and stop arm extended, do not attempt to pass and stop at least 20 feet away from the bus. Violation of this law is a misdemeanor.
