FHS Daily Announcements Tuesday, May 13th     

Reminder: Student of the Month Lunch is this Wednesday, May 14th, during your regular lunch period. Lunch will be held in the entryway.  

-There will be a Student Council meeting on Thursday 5/15 in Mr. Johnson's room during flex.  Agenda is on the Classroom page.

-All students will receive their yearbook on Wednesday morning from their 1st period teacher.  Please check the book for any imperfections upon receiving it. If you locate any issues please see Mrs. Keating ASAP.

-There are still yearbooks available to purchase.  See Mrs. Keating in Room 310 to purchase with cash or check.

-Swim and Dive meeting on Friday morning at 7:30am in the pool bleachers. This is for all swim team members grades 7-11, as well as anyone interested in joining the team next season. 

-Seniors! If you haven't gotten your writing folder yet, stop by Ms. Gross' room and grab it for a fun stroll down memory lane!

-Message from the Media Center: Please turn in all checked out library books by Friday, May 16th. After that time all non-returned items will be charged as a fee in your Infinite Campus account. This also applies to any laptops and/or charging cords.

-Seniors: Sign up your team for Pickleball, Beanbags and the escape room for the Senior Lock in! Sign up sheets are in the Media Center

-The Night of Excellence Award ceremony is coming up on Wednesday, May 21st at 5:30pm in the FHS Gym.  Students in Grades 9-12 that have received any of the following awards this year are invited to attend.  High School Academic Honor Roll, High School Perfect or Exemplary Attendance, Student and/orTeammate of the Month or received a Certificate, Letter or any special team award in an extracurricular activity during this school year. 

Questions should be directed to Corri Gross in the HS Office. 

A current list of students will be posted outside the HS office by Friday, May 16th. 

Spring sport athletes should check with their coach if not already listed.

-Football meeting tomorrow Wednesday 5/14 in the Auditorium. Check into Flex and then present to the Auditorium. Any student interested in playing football next fall should come to the meeting. 

-Seniors: If you plan to attend College (2 or 4 year) next Fall you MUST request a final transcript from FHS be sent to the college you are attending. See directions in Class of 2025 to request your transcript.

-The FHS Summer School Credit Recovery Program will be available to students who have failed credits needed for graduation. Summer School will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00am-12:00pm in June (see dates on form). Students will be expected to be self-directed learners using the Edgenuity program or coursework assigned by the instructor. To enroll, print or pick up a form in the FHS Guidance Office and return completed form to the FHS Guidance Office. See the Guidance Office or email if you have any questions.
