Residents and motorists invited to share information and concerns, learn about Hwy 23 safety audit, at Open House June 15
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation and Toward Zero Deaths partners invite residents, business owners and managers, motorists and others who have a stake in improved safety on Highway 23 between Foley and Milaca to share their concerns with the roadway at a public open house.
The open house will be held Thursday, June 15, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Foley Intermediate School Media Center, 840 Norman Avenue N. Attendees should enter through Door 1. A short presentation with question and answer session will begin at 6:15 p.m.
Those attending the open house will be able to meet MnDOT staff and other traffic safety professionals involved with the Highway 23 safety audit, provide information and local insight on what local motorists experience daily along the Highway 23 corridor, view displays, take home information and have questions answered. Attendees may also submit written comments.
Comments from the open house will be used to inform the safety audit and its final report.
